A New Dawn

Not really a new dawn. Only kind of.

There’s a cat sleeping on my lap so I can’t go anywhere. By, like, law.

It used to be stories about alien intelligence “taking over” humanity was an horrific idea. Now I’m not so sure. I’m really not sure anymore if humanity would be made worse or better by a hive mind.

And boy howdy do humans suck.

    Are you referring to some humans all of the time or all humans some of the time? Or specific humans for specific reasons?

      I’m talking about humans as a species. We have the capacity to be great. The sheer number of us who choose otherwise makes me think there are way too bloody many of us and too many of us DGAF about our surroundings or other life.
